Asia - they do not use any pollution controls. China is building a coal fired electrical plant every week and everyone rides 2-stroke motorcycles in china, korea, india and more places (more than 1 billion bikes polluting). The cloud of pollution is visible from space blowing out over the pacific ocean.

Not sure, but according to Al Gore, former future president of US, The US is by far and away the most polluting country on Earth. Worryingly, it doesn't seem to give a crap.
