I am a 15 year old who is an aspiring professional chef with dreams of owning my own restaurant one day and I would like to know if anyone know's of any cooking classes that i can take in San Diego (preferably East County). Maybe like a weekly class or something. If anyone knows of anything please let me know. Thanks

It's hard work but never give up and remember you can learn the basics but you where born with the greatest cooking tool of all, your Tongue.

Cooking food and good food at that is not everyones cup of tea. For most people the necessity of being able to cook is only up to the extent of having something to eat to survive. However, for those who like to cook, the thrill of making food and creating new dishes is significantly great.
