How long will it take for my hair to grow if i take prenetal? My goal is...4 inches before June

I think it's pregnancy in general that makes your hair longer! Your hair doesn't fall out at the same rate as when you are not pregnant, and that makes it look longer.

If you want to take vitamins, go for regular multi-vits. I've also heard that gelatin (like in Jell-O) helps hair and nails grow longer. (-: This is a bit off the wall, but I've also read that you should cut your hair while the moon is waxing (getting bigger -- ie: between the new moon and the full moon) to get longer, stronger hair. There are even dates involved for which moon sign you should get your hair cut in.

But really, I think the only thing you can do is eat properly and get plenty of exercise -- a healthy body will help you grow hair faster to a certain extent, but there's only so far you can push it.

yes, but if you let your hair grow naturally without cutting it, you should get to 3 in. by june because your hair grows 1/2 inch every month.

Yes it does it makes it grow longer, just being pregnat makes your hair and nails grow.

hey, i have the same goal! i would want to take a supplement, but i am scared of a backfire and all of my hair falling off! i would DIE!
