Please disregard previous the suggestion of pickup lines. They work occasionally, but rarely, and even when they do, it leads to nothing more than a one night stand...unless that's all you're after.
Follow these steps and you'll be alright.
1.) Find said "girl of dreams."
2.) Make eye contact.
3.) Give a warm smile.
4.) Approach said "girl of dreams."
5.) Introduce yourself.
6.) Be your normal, charming self and continue a conversation.
7.) Get phone number.
8.) Go home.
9.) Call 2-4 days laters and ask her to dinner.
10.) Take it from there, it's in your hands.
Be confident and you can get anyone. I've proven that several times over.

i dont know. i am the girl of your dreams. lol im joking. try corny pick-up lines like "are you wearing moon pants? because your butt is out of this world." or "did it hurt? girl: did what hurt: you: when u fell from heaven." lol im so stupid.
