Jehovah's Witnesses believe that the bible's clearly-presented issue of Universal Sovereignty absolutely precludes the possibility of unknown intelligent civilizations.
That is, Satan's shameful accusations against Jehovah God would not have required disproving if there was already a civilization in existence that had proven itself exclusively faithful to Jehovah God. Satan pretended that God was a liar who worked against the best interests of mankind.
(Genesis 3:2-5) The woman said to the serpent: “Of the fruit of the trees of the garden we may eat. 3 But as for eating of the fruit of the tree that is in the middle of the garden, God has said, ‘YOU must not eat from it, no, YOU must not touch it that YOU do not die.’” 4 At this the serpent said to the woman: “YOU positively will not die. 5 For God knows that in the very day of YOUR eating from it YOUR eyes are bound to be opened and YOU are bound to be like God, KNOWING good and bad.”
Only the passage of time has proven that mankind is unable to successful rule itself and manage its own problems. Satan's rulership over the current "system of things" has been far inferior to Jehovah's original theocracy.
(Jeremiah 10:23) To earthling man his way does not belong. It does not belong to man who is walking even to direct his step
(2 Corinthians 4:4) the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers
(Daniel 2:44) God of heaven will set up a kingdom [government] that will never be brought to ruin. And the kingdom itself will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms [of existing secular government]

There's the ancient astronaut theory of erich von daniken, who wrote 'chariots of the gods'. Interestingly, von daniken believes in a God above all advanced aliens himself! But his theory is that man built stuff like the pyramids and easter island statues with help from alien technology. The book made quite a stir when it came out.

I dunno, compare notes?
Do aliens exist? I don't know. Our logic and learning suggests that it's more than possible with the vast number of stars and miscellaneous bits of matter out there. Just because WE can't make sense of it with our limited understanding doesn't mean that it isn't possible. I thought it said something in the Bible somewhere about God gathering his people even from the stars. Perhaps we are just interpreting His word incorrectly??

Jesus said he was not of this world:
Jhn 18:36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

I think all religions would come to the realization That there is only one God of the entire universe and it's mankind that has chosen different ways to worship him, creating different religions....I think the day will come when all religions realize they are all praying to the same God.

I wouldn't be very surprised...after all, God must be known all through the universe, since He created it.
Next question...what would atheists think if they got here, and their God, and their Holy Texts spoke about one God Who became flesh and gave His life for sin, and is now alive forevermore??
Interesting thought, isn't it??

Why would our response be any different than yours?? I actually believe that ETs are just demons trying somewhat successfully to decieve humanity into following false gods. So, in a sense, they do have their own god. Satan.

Probably the same thing they do to people of other faiths today. They either respect them, or they don't.
