Yep! They're very good for them. Only two things you can't give them: Avacado and Chocolate. Sugar in moderation.

Yes, budgies can eat carrot, but they might not eat it readily at first if they are not use to eating vegetables. Budgies usually prefer carrot shavings to carrot pieces.

I think the answer is yes. But you have to be careful. The can choke. Watch over them when those parakeets are eatting. Don't just leave the carrott in that cage.

My 4 budgies love carrot it give them vitamin c but they chew it everywhere and flic it all over the place

Birds love carrots! Some other vegies for them is leaf lettuce, kale, zuchinni, sweet potatoe, spinach and lots of others! But steer clear of avacado & chocolate.

My budgie absolutely LOVES carrots.

We grate them with the cheese grater for him, so they are easy for him to bite.

Watch giving it to him too much, he will poo orange (haha)
