need help to get a freind home from nigeria?

she has been stranded by her boss a year ago . i have beeb trying to get her home but not enough money . now ticket has elapsed an we have to start over again

Where is "home?" Of what country is she a citizen? If she is a US citizen, she can go to the US embassy or consulate and ask for a repatriation loan.
