I have heard of Herbal Life a good diet product. Is a shake to help you reduce weight. But i am not shure weather to trust it or not. Since i have gone on a diet method before and when i stopped i gained back the weight and the double. And since there is soo much weight loss product is hard to trust one.

I have never heard of problems with Herbal life it has been around for at least 30 years. Your best bet is actually to get rid of the sugars, try to stay around 2000 calories a day while you are trying to loose weight and eat mostly vegetables and about a fist size amount of lean meat. You save money and eat what your body needs.
