I am hungry but a little gassy. What sorts of healthy things could I eat that would satisfy my hunger, but also NOT make me more gassy?

I already drink nothing but water every day pretty much and I eat lots of fruits and veggies too. And I did today. So I have no idea why I'm gassy cause it's not that time of the month either.

Cheerios makes me gassy. LOL Eat fruits or veggies, or anything not too sweet. Try fiber, that might also help. And drink plenty of water!
