Take a hot dog, cut it 3/4 the way through length wise, put some cheese down the slit, wrap a slice of bacon around it, bake it at 300 degrees until cooked through and bacon is slightly crispy! Yum!!!

You forgot to add cheese to the slit before you wrapped it with the bacon.

If you Yanks want a hot dog to remember try this:
fry or BBQ a hot dog (preferrably Continental frankfurt),
put it in a crispy buttered roll,
pour on some tomato sauce (ketchup),
fill the remainder of the roll with mushy peas,
add some Old English mustard, and enjoy

Before baking it, wrap it up in a crescent roll. Yum. And easier to handle as a finger food.
