Most omelettes are the usual boring horizontal flat ones. I want one with that vertical zinginess. All I can think of is making some sort of "Wall of death" rotating frying pan system, but that woulnd't be easy or particularly radical would it?

First beat the egg whites separately, then fold them into the beaten yolks, which may have some milk added. In a pan over medium heat pour mixture into round cookie mold that is lightly greased.Use a cooking spray if you like.Make sure to also grease pan lightly.(If you have no cookie cutter use a clean small can like a tuna can.Remove cans top and bottom and also label.)Cook over medium heat until done.Repeat above steps to make vertical omelet layers. Two to three layers is about adequate.

Use your favorite omelet fillings to smother generously between the layers.Serve atop a slice of sour dough toast or English muffin, top with Hollandaise sauce and a bit of fresh chopped parsley.

Purchase metal ice lolly moulds, fill with omlette mixture and stand it vertically in a roasting tray of hot water and place in the oven unill set. You will then have a vertical omlette that can be eaten like an ice lolly. It would be a novelty for children to eat in the garden on a summer day and would require little washing up.

use 2 eggs with a touch of water (scrambled). Add to hot nonstick pan and rotate over stove till like a pancake and starting to slide . Slide half off pan and add stuffing then flip the remainder over till looks like taco on it's side.
Use anything from pan fried fruit to the traditional cheese, mushrooms and fried onions to use as filling.

im sorry im not sure of a verticle omelette, but i know an interesting way to cook and egg with some pazzazz.
pure some beaten eggs into a pan (like a flat bread pan) and actualy bake it in the ovan. the cooked egg and heat will create hills in the egg and the egg will look like a "mountain range"

interesting, creative, and un-normal!

Not exactly vertical but to make it less flat you can separate the eggs, then whisk them separately so that the whites go all fluffy. Mix them back together and make omelette from that.

Try separating the yolk,s from the wights,, whisking the wights for a few secs to fluff them, then break up the yolks with a spoon and fold into wights. this way you introduce air into the mix and end up with a vertical omelette xx

Pardon? I do not know. Make it horizontal and then wrap it round a long thin vegetable stuck into a pile of mash! Eg - celery, or carrot! What a wierd idea?
