Before deciding on a program, examine WHY the previous program didn't work and if that's what you really need. Sometimes full-scale programs can be very difficult for families and it works better for them if they just work to meet local standards for LA and math, being more relaxed or child-interest-directed in other areas. Have you considered not going with a program?

Try these three links and see if they meet your needs. I just finished 19 years of homeschooling and my kids turned out just fine and are picking up academic scholarships in college. Don't listen to the naysayers about your kids becoming social cripples. Didn't happen to mine or anyone else's that I know of. Only one caution. . . if you decide to do this, do it all the way! It's too easy to slack off and not meet the required attendance or subject coverage. If you need help, don't be afraid to ask for it.

I agree with finding what works. Not an actual program, but your child's learning style. Sometimes with younger children, simple memorization tactics can be the answer.

Actually Wal Mart has a line of books put out by school zone that are very reasonable. Find out what your children need to know for their ages in your district, and give it a try.

Also, there are many homeschooling Co-Ops that lend moral and teaching support, and can give your children lots of socialization. My son is with the same group of kids 3 times a week, and it's great.

Good luck with your search, and your decision. You know your children best, and there is lots of support out there for you.

There is a physical campus as well in Michigan that students living there can attend. It is a private school that also has a homeschooling program.

simply dont do it if you have a choice. Although they might get a better education, the have no social practice. In the real world when you get a job, people care more if you can work with others than if you know the square root of 956885908
