I am nursing my 3 year old's cough/cold with the normal cough meds, hot honey lemon tea and kiddie cough losenges.
Just wondering what remedies other parents out there use to treat cough and colds in younger kids. Especially the cough though.

A humidifier works wonders. I also bought my daughter the Pedia-lite Popsicles. They help with the dry itchy cough by keeping the throat moist and they keep the child hydrated.

I use a warm wash cloth by the neck with vicks on it the moisture get the skin and the vicks goes to the cough.

Your best bet is to contact the Dr., or at least ask your pharmacist their always a big help.
