Yes i know you cant spot reduce but please help me. I am 5'4 and 130-135 lbs i want to be 125-127. Please help me .... only serious answers

Losing 5-10lbs in 2 months is not unrealistic. It's a very achievable goal.

Good ways to lose it are:

Walking up and down stairs - helps tone the legs and thigh muscles

Sit ups - Helps tone the tummy muscles

Swimming - An excellent exercise overall because it tones ALL your body without putting any stress on it

I hope you achieve your goal weight.

considering your height and weight together, you're good to go already! if you want to lose fat, then just drink lots of water and reduce your portions. it takes some will power

You can condition your legs doing leg thrust and riding a bicycle,
leg squats anykind of leg excersize to condition your legs you have to work them out also.
