A nice soak in a bubble bath with a glass of wine , candles and a good book
Just keep topping up with hot water
It works for me every time

Well I like to read a good book in a long hot bubble bath for an hour or two myself. Preferably with a nice box of chocolates or some wine.

I find walking my dog late at night helps,no traffic,no noise, no distractions.got a great park at the end of my road and the only sounds to be heard is the ducks and geese acknowledging our presence, that is how I relax and drift out.Come home cuppa then bed.ready for the next day.

I go sit on my quiet porch and watch the ducks in the lake or sit by my pond and watch my koi and goldfish eat. It is very relaxing to me. Just find your quiet little place and put all good thoughts into your mind and think of all the things that ultimately make you happy.
