The Silver Commet Trail is an old railroad track. I think it's like 30 something miles long. There are several different stops that you can access the trail. The link is below.

Try the Chattahochee Park off 285. Get off on the Powers Ferry Exit and walk your dog to your heart's content.

Ok.... I've got this one... It's the 5 mile loop around Stone Mountain... Hey if 5 miles isn't long enough keep going around twice for 10 miles...
