20 mi or 20 ml? I have never heard of mi. 20 ML is 4 teaspoons, or 2/3 of a tablespoon. Don't use regular old kitchen utensils for dosing though, because they will never be as accurate as a medicine spoon, dropper, or cup. When you get a prescription for anything liquid, most pharmacies will throw in a dosing cup/spoon/dropper for free if you just ask.
