I have tried a few basic programs all about the same. I know PhotoShop is expensive saw it with a rebate for$80.00 over the weekend. The main thing I want to do is funny stuff like taking one persons picture and putting them with another person type stuff....super impose I guess maybe. Is PhotoShop the best for this? I want decent quality. Thanks.

photoshop is good but it is very expensive and hard to learn too , there is a Free software that can do excellent job and give you decent quality , see link at the source below :

no, photoshop = ripoff. get free download of http://www.getpaint.net which is easy, has ALL feautres of photoshop, and as previously stated, FREE!
