well will i?????


also is it good to do it every other day to give your abs time to heal or does it not really matter?

what are some other tips about getting a six pack that you can think of..... :) thank you

Yes, eventually you will have abs of iron.
But you will also likely die doing that many crunches a day...1000?

you can not spot reduce fat stores. your abs my be firm and tight but if you do not lose enough body fat you still won't be able to see them. technically everybody has a six (or eight) pack but it's covered up with body fat.

you need to clean up your diet by eating plenty of quality proteins, low GI carbs and healthy fats. perform cardio and resistance training 3-5x a week.

you need to increase your metabolism and supply your body with sufficient nutrients to trick it into releasing fat stores...

No. Once you stop doing that many abs, your "muscle" will IMMEDIATELY turn into loose, saggy fat/material. Just eat healthy, exercise, the usual.
