antibotic cream myclog is good antibotic from pharmcy. Do not pick. Cool compresses are helpful in drying the blister or it could spread. If cold sore eat chicken and drink milk. also could cause scar if picked or infitgo. If hepes zoster should clear up in few weeks. Stress and hormone changes can bring this out.

It could be the start of a "fever blister". Does it look infected,is it red swollen,and tender? You could try some warm salt water soaks to see if it will come to a head. Don't squeeze or pick at it.If you're that concerned see the Doctor,or try any OTC fever sore cream.

USE COLD SORE MEDICATION AND /OR ORAJEL THAT WORKS TOO
WHAT CAUSED IT , IS TOO MUCH ACID IN YOUR BODY OR A VIRAL INFECTION!
