The only way you will be able to reach around is with hedge shears. Make sure they are very sharp. Dont forget the but plug.

I'd recommend a Brazilian wax.Once waxed, you can maintain your *** hairs by regular shaving.

Your best bet would be to use a trimmer i.e. sideburn trimmer.
