ok so a while ago i got really sick and naucious i would move my head and puke if i moved my eyes i would feel like the world was spinning the doctors thought that i could have a brain tumor but now they don't think that i do they think i might have a disease or i just hit my head really hard but whenever i get scared i get really dizzy and cant control myself from falling over. or when i am sitting in a chair and close my eyes i get dizzy but not if i am lying down or sometimes i just get dizzy for no reason does anyone have any clue of what i might have?

It sounds very much like the vertigo I was diagnosed with, a little over two years ago now.
I must assume that your doctor would check for that, though, 'cause it's pretty common with these symptoms.
Good luck...I know it's frustrating to have something that won't go away, and scary to have something the docs can't figure out.

Please get your ears checked by an ear/nose and throat doctor. You may have an inner ear fluid collection or infection from a recent throat ailment,(sore throat).
Plug your ears when you shower. Stay away from swimming until it clears up. Vertigo can be a problem if not taken seriously. Ask your doctor for a scan of your head too.

i know someone who had those symptoms and it was a bad cause of the flu. also it had something to do with how you balanced ( in ur ear there's something like fluid?) and he couldnt walk. even if he sat up he'd feel naucious.

not sure how long it's been going on.
my first instinct is that it is a migraine.
if it was longer than a week or so, maybe food allergies causing this? are you anorexic or bulimic?

vertigo sound like what your experiencing .. have they checked vision? ears? and blood pressure?
