ok if a customer eats nearly all of her burger an then comes to the counter and says that the burger didn't taste good, she asks for her money back is it acceptable for you to:

1. ask her why she ate the burger if it didn't taste good

2. say you'll get the manager

3. tell her there could have nothing been wrong with the burger if she ate it

4. ask the customer what was wrong with the burger

(please put "yes" or "no" after each option)

The only thing a worker should do is get the manager. Don't question the customer.

Get the manager after you throw the remainder of the sandwich at her and then tell her NO. Maybe it really wasn't good though.....can you tell I dont follow directions very well? This is why I don't work in fast food.
