Chamomile tea bags, cold ones not hot.

Using a caffine free tea bag works wonderful! Five minutes in the morning and your eyes will be fresh and soft. All you have to do is after you wash your face and before you put make up on dampen two tea bags of any scent that you like and place them gently on your eyes for a few minutes. When you remove them the natural ingrediants in the tea will have relaxed your skin and made your eyes really awake. Then you put make up on and go about your day. I use tea bags when I've stayed up too late and have an early morning ahead. You can reuse the tea bags for a couple days by putting them in a little dish or plastic bag after they dry. Good luck with the puffyness! Hope you find something that works.

The cure for puffy eyes in the morning comes the night b4. If you stay up late, your eyes will be puffy. Do yourself a favor and go to sleep on time. Most young women neglect this very important step. If you still have puffiness, you may want to rinse your eyes with visine for the added moisture and store your eye cream in the fridge. It will always be ready cool and soothe puffiness. Plus it will get you out of the door quicker than lying aorund with tea bags on your eyes.

In extreme cases, Preparation H will work in a matter of 30 minutes. What can I say, i like to party occassionally! :o)

I have it sometimes too a little bit. I've heard the following:

1.put a board under the head end of your bed to create a slight angle so water drains and does not collect around eyes
2.sleep with an extra pillow uner your head (not good if you have
neck problems)
3.Don't eat salty things especially right before bed it makes you retain water
4. Keep eye cream in the fridge and put it on in the AM
5. Cold Tea bags.

Please don't put preparation H on your eyes, it may work, but it's not made for your eyes, hasn't been tested for that purpose. I think your sight is more important. Try Origins No Puffery.

Stop eating anything salty before bedtime.

Be very careful what you use around your eyes. You are probably having an allergic reaction to something.

Elevate the head of your bed with a couple of 2x4 blocks.

Keep two green tea bags in a cup of water in the fridge. In the AM, squeeze out the water and put the bags on your eyes for about 10 minutes to reduce puffiness.

Are you sleep deprived?? Do you have dark skin tone? If so it just may be your genetics to have those. Try using some cucumber circles (i know that isn't cool for a guy but it's supposed to work) lay them on each closed eye. It's supposed to help, the cooler the better...That will help relieve the swelling and puffiness. Get some good rest (8 hrs +) and drink your water, every day. Good luck to you.

Put metal teaspoons in the freezer for 5 minutes, take them out and place them on your eyes. That should give you am instant shot of refreshness.

Also, if you have dark circles, you should take two teabags, dip them in hot water a few times, place them in the freezer for 5 minutes to cool and then put them on your eyes.

You might also want to use an eyecream. Try Dove or Nivea- they're good brands but cheap.

Perhaps there may be an allergy to eye make up you have been using? Be sure to throughly remove all traces of eye make up before going to bed

put a cold washcloth on your eyes in the morning, also check into some creams at walmart there are alot for puffy eyes in the face cream section. one way to help hide them is buy a coverstick that is for puffy eyes to cover it up. It goes on before your foundation and powder. try covergirl or loreal sp sorry. You can find all this at walmart in the face creams and makeup. good luck!!!

Dab vasaline (dont rub) under your eyes before bed, you can put it on your lips too! This is a trick models use, do this nightly you'll never get the dark or puffy circles again. I had the same problem until I found out about this!

Here is an old New York supermodel trick. Keep metal spoons in the freezer. Pull out a spoon when your eyes are puffy and place it over your eyes. Works great and feels great.

Try dabbing Tea Tree Oil under your eyes before you go to bed at night. It's fairly inexpensive and works wonders for the puffiness and dark circles.
Hope this helps and good luck!
