well, if you already have a plan, it's senseless to go to another place that sells that phone. I have cingular, and I wanted a rokr phone, and they didn't sell it on the site, so I got it on Ebay. I've had it for 6 months, and it still works great. Just make sure that the phone is unlocked for what service you have

Yes if you buy it from another site you can still use it just make sure you buy one that comes with a SIM card!!! It may have a differnet number though.

yes, regaurdless of site, you can access different phones depending on what the site is carrying at that time.
