Hi its not the fact that you are on your computer that is triggering the panic attacks it is because of the length of time spent concentrating then when you come off it you feel a bit spaced out and find it hard to come back to reality i know i suffered from them for 15 yrs and now i only have them very occasionally, i used to get similar experience if i was doing a jigsaw or reading it had the same effect i have learnt now how to control them and have a much better quality of life

I actually have, and all a similar thoughts yet I actually have quite ran away...very embarrasing by the way. It made me keep in mind that I had no longer been to a doctor in a lengthy time period, neither on an really annoying state which because the only i became which became what led to my panick attack. arise with your self at the starting up, i understand its puzzling yet ignore each little thing that would want to deliver you that feeling once you've already tried this bypass to a therapist than to a doctor, he will prescribe you drugs which will stay away from them.

I doubt it's your computer per se. It might just be you sitting at your computer that's causing the panic attacks. It only takes one attack while in a particular place or doing a particular thing to cause you to have attacks every time you go to that place or do that activity. So if you have one attack while sitting at your computer, the chances of you having more attacks whenever you're at your computer increase. Your strange dreams may be caused by the stress of worrying about this.

If you're in treatment, talk to your doctor about this. If you're not in treatment, maybe it's time to really learn how to control your anxiety once and for all....

Good luck.

Then maybe you shouldn't spend so much time on the computer. That's quite a strange trigger - maybe you worry about havng been on it for so long and then panic about everything else you should be doing???

perhaps you are taking things too seriously online. it's just text after all. try turning it off and taking a nice long stroll in this thing called "fresh air" or smog depending on where you're located....

You are likely suffering from an excessive exposure to EMF (electro magnetic fields). EMFs can be neutralized by this technology: http://www.mybiopro.com/Products.aspx?ID=carolecherry
