I just want to be in shape. Im gonna do pilates or yoga, which one is better?

im thin just not in shape and does pilates make you appear taller because your leaner

it would probably be better to get in shape first. Cardio...you have to SWEAT

both are good,but you would need to do some kind or aerobic excersize also.Yoga ,i hear,is very good so try that but try and get active in whatever you do ,and then you wont notice that your doing excersize,and give up within a week!

pilates.... i am doing them right now in pe soo ya they make you loser your belly plus you have to work hard

i dance allot to stay in shape,dancing uses almost most of your muscles,and tones them at the same time.
