Why did God create such variety in race in humans knowing that we are imperfect and racisism would affect us?

There has been great suffering in history only for skin color, Why did God create such variety and such differences in humanity?

He did not. If you lived in a hot sunny region like Africa or Australia for thousands of years you are bound to develop a protective tan. Or if your eyes have to squint because you live in a permanently windy plain you develop almond shaped eyes.
Its called assimilation to your environment.
