No, not always. I had a few which did not appear and the only way you can chase your question is by checking your (My Q&A).
I think it is a glitch.
If this does happen, don't worry and don't delete it. If you wait for 4 days and no one answers your question you will get your 5 points back.
You can ask your question again, but i would suggest you wait for a while before you do so.

Yes, unless the Y!Astapo pulls it for a violation before it makes it to the queue.
There are certain words that will trigger the censors. If they appear in your Q, it won't appear, even though they take away your points for asking.

Oh yes! One's question will appear here, but one should always use the correct category. Not a lot of one's friends know this!

Yes, you can choose one particular catagory of questions if you want to answer to that particular type only but they will still appear here for anyone who prefers a mixture of question type.

No, there is a delay and afterwards may not appear if it contains certain words, phrases, or is considered spam of some sort.
