I have tried going to school, but it doesn't work...I'm still scared. They've tried just physically DROPPING me there, keeping me home, keeping me at home and doing my work at home, and going half a day... if you were in my shoes, AND if you were in my parents view...what would you do?

When I taught middle school I had a girl in one of my classes who was school phobic. She used to come to my classroom about 30 minutes early (before school started) and just get used to being at school for the day. It was just she and I in the room, and I usually just went about my business getting ready for the day. She was happy to just have a place to sit quietly and get used to the atmosphere while being alone. Maybe this plan would work for you. Ask your parents to chat with one of your teachers and see if they are open to this idea.

I'd try talking with you first, exploring what feelings were going on, what led to them, etc. If you were unable to express yourself, I would get you an appointment with a therapist. You need to explore those feeling further and identify what's going on inside you to then be able to tackle it bit by bit.

You don't explain if you were in school to begin with or if you were homeschooled to begin with. It would change what I would do next.
