would you use the same streches you used in a warm-up for a cool down?

warm up stretches should be getting your blood flowing, and done after you have had about a 10min warmuo first (like a jog). cool down is to prevent muscle soreness so it should be held longer and much more relaxed...so not really the same

Yes. The same stretches done gently and a 5-10 minute slow walk.

A "cool down" is meant to bring your heart rate back to it's normal pace. You should walk around until your heart rate is appropriate before you do any stretching...but at that point, yes, the same stretches are fine.

ANY stretching for a cool down. Slower (no bouncing) the better.

yeah, why not. I use the same stretches. Your stretching all the muscles or as many as you can so yeah, the same ones will do.
