he sounds perverted. if he does anything like that, you could set him up on sexual assault charges. but i'd first tell the teacher what he's doing and why you want to move. and if the teacher doesn't do anything - the teacher is liable as well.

Instead of just sitting back and letting these things happen, stand up for yourself and let someone know! I would explain to your teacher that this guy is keeping you from doing your best in the class by saying inappropriate things and if you aren't allowed to move your seat, you'll speak to the principle about doing so. Also, let this loser guy know that you're no longer allowing him to say these things to you and if he continues to do so, he'll be sorry.

I would let your teacher know that this guy is harassing you and it's not just annoying you, but you don't feel comfortable and it is distracting you. If you're teacher won't listen you can go to the office and request to talk to someone who can make your teacher let you move.

If the teacher says no, i'd go talk to the principle and explain to him that this kid is harassing you and it is distracting your school work, and making you feel uncomfortable. You shouldn't have to put up with that at school.
