It only work on Windows XP (and probaly Windows Vista). It should come with Windows XP and can be found under Start>
All Programs> Windows Movie Maker. If for some reason its not on your computer. Then go to www.microsoft.com and search for it and download it.

Once installed, you can access it from the "Start" menu, though you should have installed Service Pack 2 a very long time ago!
