I just found this old stair stepper I have from years ago that I never used so I figured I'd try it. Is it good for a 3 day a week cardio workout? And for how long? (remember I'm a beginner so it's kinda tough right now)

for a beginner I'd say 15 mins 3 times a week is ok... maybe later you can do 20... until you reach the ideal 30-45 mins. good luck!
