Cant get off to sleep but when I do boy oh boy does my head spin out. Then I can remember vivid things about my dreams in the morning..........dont want to sleep too scared!!

Vivid dreams is a side effect of the patch. If they bother you, simply take off the patch before bed and replace it with another one when you wake up!

Yes when i was on Nicotenell i had awful nightmares every one i loved were dying in my nightmares
I was a bag of nerves throughout the day in case these nightmares came true ,
I finally gave up with the other patches Nicquitin C Q or something like that i had no nightmares hardly any cravings and have been a non smoker for a year now

well i have been on them since the 14th dec and mine are 24 hour patches i have nice dreams every night but they are realy vivid what to do if you have realy bad dreams take it off when you go to bed ,then if you wake up early in the morning put 1 on then you will be ok

My mom says the same thing. At first I thought it was an excuse to keep smoking, but I've talked to a few people and they've said the same thing. So, I believe her now. It's probably just a side effect like every other medicine.

Yeah, my boyf was the same. Just take it off for bed and put a fresh one on in the morning. Good luck with quitting!!

never used patches i had enough will power to do what i had to do stand up and be a man and quite and relying on everybody

their crap read alan carr,s easyway to stop smoke hes the worlds leading specialist and an ex smoker, my daughter gave up recently i brought the book, you do not even need will power, www.allencarrreasyway.com check it out, everyone says how great he is
