For the presidential fitness award, you should be able to do 27 push ups if you are a 13 year old girl. I know this because I am in health class and I am a 13 year old girl and we all had to do 27 push ups.

thats interesting..boy or girl makes a big difference. Its all relative but the average person should be able to knock out 25 correct push ups. now a correct push up is head forward! go all the way down looking forward and back straight until your chin touches the grounds and then back up till arms locked and then back down. when i was 13 i could nock out three sets of 75 pushups. did this every day and now i am at a long set of 175 pushups each morning before going to work.

in a minute, a girl should do about 20-30 and boys 40-50.
When I was 13, I used to do 54. :D I beat some of the boys in my class.

about 15 is the minimal you can do more if you like but u should be able to do 15

We used to have contest and I could do about 500. Now I can't get in one.
