is this good?
breakfast- one poptart
lunch- muffin, 10 pringles
snack-apple granola bar
dinner-chicken sandwhich and peas
water-6-10 glasses
desert- 2 gingerbread cookies
exercise- twenty min elliptical before and after dinner
is this ok or is there anything i need to change?

Pop Tart? You might as well pour table sugar in your mouth. You need to start the day with whole grains, fruit and protein. I recommend a bowl of instant oatmeal ( reg flavor ) topped with raisins or berries. Go for a handful of peanuts for protein. Or have eggs and whole wheat toast and a strip of bacon.

Lunch? Medium size. The Weight Watchers or Healthy Choice frozen entrees are pretty good.

Snacks? Try Kashi TLC crackers. They are whole grain and delicious.

Dinner - as light as you can stand it. A bowl of soup and sandwich with whole grain bread.

Eat like a king for breakfast, a prince for lunch and a pauper for dinner. The reason? The later it gets in the day the less time you have to burn off the calories you consume.

40 min/day on the elliptical is good! Keep it up.

That's a pretty good meal for the day beside you should have like eggs and bacon and milk and orange juice.

You should replace the poptart if you're on some type of diet or something. poptarts have alot of sugar and calories. replace it with eggs or even pancakes or something. besides that, everything else seems okay & somewhat healthy.
