I'm thinking of getting a simple tattoo involving love / passion / destiny (just lines, no shading or colors). I know my love might not last, my relationship might not last, but I want to remember it forever, even if it doesnt. I'm thinking of either japanese characters or some kind of symbol, but not sure what kind of symbols are out there. I'm not thinking of putting any names or anything. I'm gonna put it on a wrist / hand, but im not worried about pain.

I really wouldn't use kanji, it's totally overdone but go with your other idea of symbols. How about inventing 3 symbols to show what you want instead of finding some? It could look really nice on your inner wrist, the outlines just in red of a heart, a flame, a star. I could very easily draw that up as a graphic designer so I'm sure any tattoo artist could do just as good. That would look awesome!

I'm a Scorpio Female, and we are the sex symbols of all the zodiac. I personally find myself being attracted to almost all of the signs except Gemini. Gemini men are a no no for me, I just don't like the two sides to them. I especially like cancer men. They are honest sincere and very loving (the ones I have been around). There personality's just fit together with mine. Scorpio & Cancer= great love It can also be great with other signs. Scorpios are just very devoted and if someone don't live up to there end of the commitment "there will be trouble". I love being a Scorpio, I as a woman feel that I'm very sensual and loving. I'm honest, truthful, loyal and very caring about others. Fun Question, thanks ...I gave you a star !

As symbols of the Christian faith, the Crown of thorns and the three nails of the crucifixion are emblematic of the passion- the suffering and death of Jesus. According to biblical accounts, the crown of thorns mocked Christ's claim to the throne of David. The nails, of course, refer to the nails of the crucifixion. Nails are sometimes worn by modern Christians as an alternative to the crucifix, although some evangelical Christians view the nail as a symbol of the Devil. There are pictures and they are located at the first site listed below.

I found a good webstie about love symbols on the second site provided below.
