Nutritionists recommend having 5 meals, all balanced, all healthy... if you are an anthlete or just work out you'll find this easy cause you will be hungry all day, eventhough it's a little difficult to get used to it. If not... and if you eat a lot during the day... no matter if they are healthy choices, if you eat more calories than those you burn, then you will gain weight... of course, if you eat lots of salad without dressing, you'll be fine... but one can't live only eating vegetables.

whats healthy these days anyways, but serously no its fine unless your on the piont diet .
