im seein this girl and she feels so right sometimes but shes so independent and i hate it...ive never been with an independent person...any tips or ideas?i try to give her her space but it seems like she always asks for more space even though i usually see her bout twice a week...or could it mean im just on the side and she distances herself b/c of that?

well I am an almost completely independant girl...I mean right now I am on maternity leave....so I'm not making my own money, no....but I live alone and am a single mother...
my daughter's dad is more dependant than I because he still lives with his parents and has no full time job....he is 31, I am 30, so we aren't kids anymore.....
anyhow, you really need to be independant as a man...your girl is never going to fully respect you or give honest thought to the idea that you're the ultimate guy for her because from her point of view, she'll be taking care of you instead of the other way around....
If she's wanting more and more space, she could either be losing interest or stretching the boundaries to see how far she can push you but yet hang onto you....make sense?

I am very independent and i cant stand when a guy is less independent than me. i feel like my space is crowded. just know that i don't think anyone can take care of me if they cant take care of them self. maybe u need to look at yourself and decide if that is really what u r looking for in a g/f

It can be difficult because a needy person can easily be controlled by the independent person and the independent person may have a hard time fulfilling a needy persons needs because they can't relate to them......
