Anyone who has seen the trunk of a '02 impala knows it's rather large, I was first going to atempt 15" Solo-Baric Kicker subs but was told that there would not be enough air space for them to vent properly, so I was wondering would 12" Solo-Baric Kicker subs work better or at all?
Thank you for your answers to anyone who can be of assistance.

I think it will out okay. Honestly though, it might be to much. Unless your looking to enter into car shows or competiton events. I say that because my brother has two 12's in his Toyota Seqouyia, and that's a jeep, and he can't even turn it up the way he want's to. Also I knew a guy that put 4 in his 2004 Chevy Tahoe and in only one week he knocked his rear window off track !!! So he took it back to the shop that installed them, and told them he only wanted 2 because 4 were too much and too loud.

They would work as Kickers use a fairly small box, but they would have to be in a sealed enclosure that was custom built.
