are scientists trying to put pestisites in the organic fruits and vegetables if so are they gonna really do that?

scientists have no say whether or not a farmer uses pesticides or not on his crops. that is up to the farmer and the types of problems that he/she is having with various bugs and plant diseases/fungus, etc.
