First of all you should really do your own homework. Second, if I woke up in a strange country and couldn't understand anyone, I'd start using all the body language I could think of. Even if you can't understand someone, if you use hand signals and body language they can usually figure out what you're trying to say.

I would go back to sleep hoping I wake up in my own bed again! Seriously, that would be an awesome party if you woke up in a different country.

There are many ways to communicate...I would find someone of authority, like police, hospital etc. and draw, sign lanuage or whatever. Then listen very carefully and learn the language. Maybe I'd want to stay.

I would wonder what kind of isolated country I'm in if no one was able to understand basic English / Japanese.
