I have a male Domestic Quail...His name is "Kioto"...I love him to death..but he always looks so bored in the bottom of his cage...I don't know what I could do to keep him happy...I'm only 14 so I don't have much money to go and buy things but...yea I still want to make him happy....any suggestions???

I have had quail. They don't do much besides eat and rest and mate, in season.
They do enjoy company, as they are sociable birds. If he's an only quail, he'd probably like to be your best friend.
Your quail would probably like a snack of mealworms or crickets, besides his regular food. You could try other bugs from outside, and see what he likes.
Quail also like a dust bath now and then. Sand or dry soil works fine.

Quail are not exciting birds. They don't need much to be happy. The best thing to give him is a hiding spot. They do better in wider, shorter cages so they have plenty of room to run. They don't need toys or anything like that. You should get him a friend, another quail. They like company.
