if you are looking to increase muscular endurance, then yes everyday would be the way. if you are looking to build muscle then you need to allow your body time to recuperate between training sessions, a day would be sufficient. muscles grow at rest not during the actual training session.

sure, nobody's gonna say you can't. but be careful that you don't suddenly overdo anything. work your way up the hardness scale, and don't try to do 500 push-ups on the first day or anything. start with 20-25 of each a day, and work up to about 100 over 1-2 weeks.

hope that helped! ;-)

For fitness - fine. For muscle building - no. The muscles take 48 hours to fully recover from strenuous workout. So take it easy !

I think if you start off with an easy goal at the begining of the weak then every other day gradually increase your goal.

You can, and you'll still gain muscle through it, but it's better to let your body relax for a couple days while it heals. That tends to be a faster way to gain muscle. You won't die or anything from it.
