My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost a year and lately I feel like I'm slowly losing him in a way. Recently he told me he loved me but his feelings aren't as high as they were he also told me he feels stuck like he has no life meaning he doesn't get to hang out with his friends much cause we are always together and usually lately we fight more often and I think it's because were together too much. .a lot of people tell me that I should give him space and let him hang out with his friends because all he does is hang out with me then he works too so its kinda the same old thing everyday and people say maybe it will help if I just let him do what he wants. I don't want to lose him at all but I feel like I am and it sucks. Does anyone know what I can do to maybe get those feelings back or how to get him to feel like he has a life again? This happened recently I think its because we kinda fight more but I'm hoping someone can help me. .thanks :)

I think your freinds are right. Let him hang out with his friends, that way he won't feel so trapped and he might even miss you. You need to do something with someone else too. If you can't let each other out of sight then there is not a lot of trust. You are two separate people and need a life on your own. It gives you things to talk about and share. If you demand that he spends all his time with you he might just run away for good. Give him some breathing room. Him wanting time with his friends is nothing personal against you.

Just try to work things out. Give him space you cant be w him all the time, he wants to hang out with his boys too. Make him miss you, after a yr its not the same as the 1st month. Do different things with him, go out, have fun!!!! but give him space

i agree i would give him space b/c your are being clingy. he needs a life too and if you keep pushing him to hang out with you then he is going to leave. what i would do is write an apology letter stating that you are sorry for wanting to hang out so much and say you love him a lot. but sometimes those feelings won't come back unless its truly meant to be i'm srry for everything you are going through.

Unfortunately, we can't keep someone who doesn't want to stay. Why not just lighten up and allow him time to be with his guy friends for a while? See what happens and in the meanwhile try to trust him. If he comes back and/or wants to keep seeing you, then he does care, but needs space.
