how do i stop getting sores on my tounge from my invisalign??

everytime i put in a new aligner i get very painful sores under my tounge for about a week....any clue on how to avoid this????thanks

Be sure to wash and rinse the appliance thoroughly with warm water (NOT hot) before you use it the first and every time, but especially the first.
