No he doesn't die, just saw the film and I have to say it is probably the second best of the whole trilogy (behind the original). Great fight scenes, clever storylines, excellent performances by Sly and Geraldine Hughes as Little Marie and all in all, a very good ending to the great underdog story.

I hope so! even though i have a soft spot for all the rocky film's especally rocky 4 but i really think Sly should call it a day i mean he's in his 60s for pity's sake.

No but personally he should have done then they would not make another one,it has got to be the worst of all the Rocky films in my opinion.

he does not die, i think the fight attually brings him back to life as his wife is dead and he is full of anger this is the reason why he has the fight to let it all out he lose's the fight but has got rid of all his anger and can now move on.

yes he dies, he take a sprain tumour (well he has no brain) and beats everyone up in the crowd one by one, then he goes to iraq and batters all the undercover russians and rescues saddam insane and redeploys him in ipswich,

dont need to... they draped it so much that he will die in his time of death soon...
