ok. and you can also pray. In confirmation we learned a method for praying. It might help you. It is the "ACTS" method. Here's what it stands for. Pray in this order:
A- adoration (acknowledge God for who & what He is. Great & loving)
C- confession (everyone sins. confess what you think you should.)
T- thanksgiving (there are lots of things to be thankful for. life, family, home, friends, food, Jesus' forgivness... ect.)
S- supplication (ask Him for whatever you need. Maybe spiritually, or phisically. He knows whats best for you.)
Then, end it "In Jesus' name, Amen". God will not answer you if it isn't to Him. Thats why. And when you address Him, make it also be to Him.
