Talk to him, the more you do it the easier it will be to go up to strangers or guys. I was shy when I was younger.

Ok, and I'm not saying change yourself at all.. but find out what he is interested in and get interested too. For example.. I had a big crush on this guy who I knew liked hockey. SO I brushed up on my hockey knowledge and had a hockey party at my house to watch the game and get the chance to talk to him. It worked we talked about hockey for a while then it went from there. Talk to him. What are his interests, etc. Just treat him the way you would anyone you want to be friends with and see where it goes from there!
